Amazing to uncover original UK single-sided 7" acetate recording of Happiness Is A Warm Gun. With printed 'Made In Gt. Britain Emidisc' label with artist and song information handwritten 'Happiness Is A Warm Gun 45 Beatles', the non-playing side with no label or additional information. The acetate is in well presented VG+ condition. Showing some light and minor surface marks to the playing surfaces, these are never heavier in nature with absolutely no feelable scratches to mention. With sharp and clean labels. With some light wear (not deterioration) to the lacquer around the rim (not on the playing surface). Housed with clean original company Parlophone sleeve. We believe the recording is the same as the commercial release from 1968. |
