2022 - Auction Info - Lot 111THE BEATLES - FOOL ON THE HILL - ORIGINAL UK 7" EMIDISC RECORDING. Quite wonderful to see original UK single-sided 7" Emidisc acetate recording of Fool On The Hill. With printed 'Made In Gt. Britain Emidisc' label with the artist and song information handwritten, the non-playing side with no label or additional information. The acetate is in very sharp VG+ condition showing only a few rather light surface marks to the playing surface, these at no point are heavier in nature with absolutely no feelable scratches. Nice and clean label with a little wear. Without any deterioration to the aluminium lacquer. Housed with a clean original Parlophone company sleeve. We believe the recording is the same as the commercial release |
