A great looking compilation themed around the ABC TV show TV Series Thank Your Lucky Stars, the majority of circulating material is presented here with a choice of audio feeds either the Original feed or 'Remastered' . This is possible because the groups mimed to their own records. This works best on the 'Lucky Stars Special' which was recorded without an audience which was dubbed on. The Original audio is the pre dub version.

Lewishohn also describes a couple of sketches that The Beatles performed with Brian Matthew's on the 'Lucky Stars Special'  but this doesn't appear to be in circulation with the exception of a 2 second comment by Brian which appears on the The Beatles Anthology Director´s Cut ´93.

The time code on the Goodbye Thank Your Lucky Stars show has been covered with a static title block saying
'THANK YOUR LUCKY STARS' a clever way of removing a timecode, but despite there being no loss or gain of picture I am not sure if I prefer to see the code .
