An excellent fan created title providing the complete Magical Mystery Tour and more that I doubt Apple will never achieve. Whilst the artwork and pre-release describes a 3 disc set the third disc was not released.

What we do have is two disc crammed full the first being a total reedit of the movie containing all promo videos and Stereo and 5.1 audio options. Unfortunately whilst there are two audio options there is no option to listen to any of the original soundtracks. That is not to say that this is not good would be unfair, but the triple tracking phased soundtrack will not be to everyone's taste.

The bonus disc is a fantastic collection of various video footage including outtakes, photographs and interactive pages providing more information surrounding Paul's project plus the Arthouse documentary Magical Mystery Memories .

So a title well worth looking out.

In January 2011 , this excellent title an artwork was copied by an unknown Japanese label to factory pressed disc.

Release Notes

We happily present the most enjoyable mystery trip you will ever experience. Think of it as a visual version of the Magical Mystery Tour LP, as it includes all of the songs on the LP. The film is sourced from a professional transfer of the 1988 laser disc, which is the best visual source of the film available. All of the Beatles 1967 promo videos are included into the film. Each one fits perfectly and adds much to the story and overall experience of the film. The whole film has been resequenced, and reimagined. The best mixes of each song were chosen for this project, sometimes created from two different mixes. The song "Death Cab For Cutie" is taken from the 2007 digital remaster. The dialogue and incidental music in the film is a combination of the three available mixes (original mono/1988 mix/MPI DVD mix). There is different audio on each of the mixes, and when combined you finally hear everything in full dimensional stereo. A 5.1 mix is also included that puts you right on the bus ! Also includes a bonus "Behind The Mystery" DVD with interactive map, photo gallery, mystery facts, behind the scenes footage, outtake footage, Magical Mystery Memories documentary and more !

A post release explanation of the soundtrack is a combination of 3 different audio sources, as they all have slightly different audio and effects. I wanted to be able to hear everything at once as opposed to having 3 separate audio tracks. The audio combined was ....
