Originally advertised in Jan 2016 for a March release, it eventually appeared in mid April, by which time it had already be written off by most fans before it had even been heard. The cover art did not bide well for the missing Atlantic City concert recording, using a stock image of the Beatles arriving in New York in 7th February 1964 their previous visit. The remaining artwork looks like a low quality badly researched fan made release, including date error '196' rather than '1964'. The rear cover includes two images from the 9th Feb. Ed Sullivan Theatre and the inner tray two monochrome images of $4.90 balcony tickets, which appear to have been copied as do some concert 'fan' photographs and some of the 'concert notes', in the booklet inner the from the online store FAB 4 Collectibles.

Moving on to the disc contents, well that is what you buy CDs for isn't ? Well not this time, as predicted the audio is from the next concert in their USA 1964 tour , Philadelphia, 2 September, which fans have had in varying quality on numerous releases since 1971. With the disc being released post Jan 2015, it probably shouldn't be considered as a bootleg but as ' gray' release, as I can not see that this show would ever be allowed to be release in this format or quality. So as a "legal" release pressed by Sony DADC Universal are the earlier "Pirate releases now obsolete. Unfortunately no, a far better source became available in 2012 and this IMP release Philadelphia 1964 Off Reel remains the go to source.
