A great looking albeit it very expensive, deluxe release of the infamous American 'butcher album " Yesterday "... and Today.

Unfortunately tracing information has been difficult after three decades and even the country of manufacturer is in dispute. What I can confirm is that the CD was mastered and pressed by Interpress in Europe and that button/pin was manufactured by 'BADGE-A-MINIT LASALLE ILL 61301' in the USA. Not that it really matters it would be nice to know. So any help appreciated.

So if you had $85 spare in 1990 what did you get for your hard earned dollars?

A numbered limited edition 7" (size needs verifying) gatefold box, containing a stereo CD of the Yesterday"... and Today album and a 7" single sided interview disc and several bonus items, which seem to vary.

An alternate Limited edition box exists, which I have found even less published information. The cover of this version has the 'trunk' cover and includes the Please Please Me maxi single rather than interview disc. I will post more information as it becomes available.

Some sources say that this set was made by different people, but it is not conclusive either way.

Personally I think that it is just an variation.
