Vigotone's sister label issues a further title reproducing a previous labels release , this time Unicorn's All Things Must Pass - Apple Acetate , unlike earlier Repro-Man titles it is not a straight copy with an amended track listing. As with other Vgotone releases of the period a Japanese version appeared with factory pressed discs and US artwork, on the whole these are accepted as genuine releases. When in 2001 Vigotone was busted the distributor still had a supply of discs and these have clearly been sold on and are available in slim double cases and partially recreated very low quality artwork. This is a shame as some other titles at lease received commercially printed artwork. However as a big bonus for collectors of Silver discs they sell very cheap and you can always add them to an original set with a 4CD tray. The European FAKE is very easy to identify being in a slim double jewel case with very pale recreated artwork and blue screen printed factory pressed discs.. |
