A swift transfer to factory disc, on this Misterclaudel off shoot, of the fan created JFC Records and Tapes release of the same name. The source discs is credit on the rear tray art of the first release, but I am unable to confirm whether this was retained on the 2009 Secret Garden reissue.
The artwork suggests that the original Can You Hear Me? has been remastered so that the 'secret/hidden' outfake at he end of track 58 has now been indexed and added to the artwork. Can ayone confirm eitherway.
The liner notes really say it all, a collection of very low quality newsreel and audience recordings, clearly a CORE title but really this one is for the completest only and even then it is unlikely to be on any ones regular play lists and they are likely t want to look out the video sources of the newsreels. Regrettably three of the four Montreal tracks were actually Seattle having been misidentified, which gives you some indication as to the quality of the recordings. The 'outfake' comment comment in the release notes refers to a secret/bonus song at the end of track 58, which is fun but NOT genuine.
Not surprisingly this FAN created title was factory pressed, shortly after it's circulation. Secret Garden's release of Can You Hear Me? not only retained the title but also acknowledged the source on the rear tray art.
Incredibly in 2007 not only did upgrades of the Memphis show track become available but both of the days shows on Mistercaudel's release From Beatles in Memphis 1966.
