An excellent release form this Vigotone Subsidiary , not one but two concerts that have remained 'Core' material from release to date.

The Shea concert is sourced from the Television show in good mono , however Shea Stadium 65.08.15 Atlanta 65.08.18 from Silent Sea has the benefit of reintroducing Everybody's Trying To be My Baby, which was probably sourced from the official release -The Beatles Anthology 2 .

Candlestick Park appeared here second again in this quality, having been lifted from yet another Masterdisc release, Candlestick Park Big Events of 1966, but is now commonly available elsewhere, on cheaper and easier to find titles, these do not have the excellent packaging of Spank, but nor does the latter reissues , so save your money.

Initial East Copies were sold WITHOUT slipcase and book and the March 2000 Vigotone order form, shows the title is now available WITHOUT the Slip case and 44 page book, does any one have any earlier order form images so I can check when slip case and books stopped being issued.

I have observed and been told about copies of the 'GZ Monada fake in what appear to be genuine slip cases, I can only assume this is down to dealer 'errors' or are they from the East coast where the Slips and books arrived latter than the discs? What ever the Reason care needs to be taken.

The 'Fuzzy Fake' is factory pressed and is easy to tell because of the addition of a copyright notice around the circumference of the disc, Monada/OSA royalties and matrix of course. Looking at the artwork this is fuzzy through out and the title on the cover has been changed.
