I have been able to trace few details about this unusual box set, so any information would be gratefully received. The Ultra Rare Trax CD is pressed from the same master as the first pressing but has a unique hub.
I have only seen two different editions with Volumes 3 and 4, and no others which probably dates this to 1990 but I have no information to support this.
