The seventh Lennon release in 1990 from Vigotone, this time the material was not culled from Westwood One's Lost Lennon Series , but tape sources. What we have is two Lennon rehearsal recordings , no that isn't a mistake whilst the "Ringo" session is for Ringo's album John sings the Lead Vocal., with previously circulated material now in far superior quality.
Whilst still and excellent title this early Vigotone remains core solely for the Ringo LP sessions record by an early "Threetles" line up of John, George and Ringo during March 1973.
The Walls and Bridges Session has now been eclipsed by by Vigotone's upgrade and extend set on their 1998 release of Listen To This ... 3CD box set, but remains a very listenable disc , if you do not find I'm The Greatest hard going.
I have not seen any details of any fakes but , I would not be surprised if their are not commercial CDR copies available.
