One of only a couple of Walrus titles which received core status on their release, this was however short lived with the Silent Sea Group bringing out an upgrade with in the year. Some sources identify the red label version as the original genuine release, I am convinced that it is NOT, all artwork including disc art is fuzzy. With parts on the rear tray barely readable. In comparison the Black and White label is sharp through out. To confuse matters further both the 'Red FAKE' and genuine Black have identical looking matrices. They may have been mastered by the same manufacturer but they are NOT audio clones, having different CDID's and timings. The 'Pink FAKE' clearly copies the red source and has the same mastering . The artwork is paler but slightly fuzzier and the Catalogue numbers and production date have been recreated. The matrix has also changed making it the easiest FAKE to spot. |
