Unlike releases just a year later with the same title, this album does actually contain a representation of the Shea concert from 1965, rather than Hollywood Bowl. As with the majority of Shea 65 releases the sources is the 1966 broadcasting The Beatles at Shea Stadium which included sweetened and rerecorded material. This is the first colour covered bootleg I have come across and whilst it carries the contra-band music label I don't think that it is related to CBM who started in Norfolk, Virginia.

A track listing was taped inside the original cellophane seal and was either square or had it's corners cut off so it would sit in beween Shea and The Good Old Days on the cover.

Another album from the same stampers Shea Stadium Live Stereo has a stamped white cover and almost identical non italic labels, if this version came first it may push this version to a 1971 release.
