Comments:

One of CBM's early titles which remained available throughout their publishing history, from the days when they were happy to share their address and royalty payments through to the dying days and as you would expect the regularly changing labels.

When you review the masters there are primarily three versions, which are easily identified by looking at the number of tracks and content of side 1 of record one.

v1 - 4 Tracks - Track 1 Nothing Is Easy -Jethro Tull
v2 - 3 Tracks - Track 1 Dig It
v3 - 4 Tracks - 4 Christmas flexis.

Whilst the stampers change for different pressings they are all sourced from the stampers from the original master, except version 3 where side 2 has also been remastered. For more details of the stampers used, please see each release.

Through out the history of this title each record was released independently, record 1 Complete Christmas Collection 1963-69
and record 2 Yellow Matter Custard. each of these single titles also has pressing variations.

The cover image is from Mad Day Out Photo Session on the 28th July 1968, how do I know ? A little bird told me!
