As with several other LPs released by Joe/ SFF at this time there was a delay in shipping and when they were eventually shipped, they included a personally signed letter of apology/explanation and a small gift. Of the copies I have seen these only appear with the silver text on red, :Label 1 variation and without a dealer/retail insert.
