It was acknowledged in Issue 22 Joe's Strawberry Fields Forever fanzine that there was a mistake in the history of
How Do You Do It and an offer of a corrected replacement for anyone who sent him a Self-Addressed Stamped envelope.
I don't think I have every seen a copy with both, so this many not have been a popular offer.
