What mixing differences do people hear in the US promo compared to the normal mono single besides the obvious extra trumpet in the ending?

Comparing Ebbett's rip of the US promo single to the usual mono version, I noticed these things:

1. the promo has low-level trumpets between "clean machine" and the bell that follows, which are missing in the common version
2. the trumpets after "poppies from a tray" are lower in level in the Promo version
3. flute before "clean machine" has more echo in the promo version

What are some other tell-tale differences between the two versions?
