Auction Description - 2013An original one-sided 7 inch acetate of The Beatles’ 1965 single ‘Yesterday’. This was pressed on a Dick James demo disc label, however the words ‘Dick James Music Limited’ have been crossed out and ‘Northern Songs Limited’ has been printed above it in blue. The title ‘Yesterday’ and artist ‘The Beatles’ have also been printed onto the label in blue. The record comes in a white paper sleeve. There are some light surface marks all over the surface of the disc. The acetate looks very good minus, plays very good. |
