2018 - Auction Info

Here is a 1-sided, 45rpm 7" acetate for their song 'I'll Be Back' as released on the 'A Hard Day's Night' LP in July 1964.
The lacquer-coated metal disc bears a typewritten red & white ' Dick James - Demo Disc' label on the playing side.The track which plays on the disc is the same as final released version.

CONDITION
Visual: VERY GOOD
The label has some staining and minor damage to the edge of the lower left area. The typewritten lettering has faded but is readable.
The playing surface is clean with no missing or cracked lacquer. There are some small pinhead-sized 'pimples' on the playing surface, along with a couple of light fingernail scuffs, but none of these blemishes affect play. The disc lies flat on the turntable and is not warped.

Audio: GOOD

The track plays through with noticeable background but no other significant audible issues.
