NOTES

When this acetate first appeared for sale in 2002, I thought that it was the rough mono remix given to George Harrison on
11 April 1966 without the edit piece intro with an incorrect date on this disc.

Well in 2012 an acetate from the 'Harrison Family' appeared which looks almost identical to this disc. Well we now have another 'short' version which is likely to be the same mix; probably RM3 the best remix, from the 13 April. So does this mix without Sitar and swarmandal intro, still include Paul's harmonies that didn't make the final mix.

2002 - Auction Info

Granny Smith was the working title for Love You To, recorded in April, 1966 and released on the Revolver LP in August of that year.
Written By George Harrison, Love You To was the first released song to document his burgeoning interest in Indian music and religion. This version is an alternative mix which lacks the instrumental warm-up heard on the track released on Revolver.
