The fourth reissue of the Document titles, whilst the master matrix has been altered, probably as they were no longer pressed by Pilz of Germany rather than to hide the original source as the detail scan still be clearly read.

The pressing of the Documents FAKE is also on a different style of disc .

Other than the pressing details, and History there is nothing of interest in this title, ALL material is , was and is stil available in better quality and more complete elsewhere.
