As we all know the good Doctor was a perfectionist and regularly tweaked audio and artwork, so whilst these are variations NOT all members will have received every variation. The version they would have received will have depended upon when you got your original disc and if you applied for the FREE upgrades as they were announced. So for example in December 2007 he announced an upgraded disc with audio tweaks and 600dpi full colour thermal printed disc but no new artwork BUT with a statement saying that if you still had tray art with a CD Logo and Booklet/Insert with no light silhouette or background picture you needed an upgrade. However there seem to have been later alterations darkening the silhouette and adding a number '1' above the RIAA logos. However there as yet seems to be no chronological time line to these. |
