Comments:

A vinyl rip of what I assume is a second pressing, looking at the artwork, of Vee-Jay's Beatles interview disc.

Not surprisingly as an uninspiring interview disc, it appears the Doctor , made no official upgrades or audio upgrades, but there was appears to have been slight audio tweaking. No colour printed CDR version was made available.

If you have collected an original, could you please help with images with any 2007+ releases.

Whilst I have not made a comparison , I would have suspected that he 1994 Charly CD release, which had access to the Vee-Jay tape is likely to be a better source , should you need these interviews.
