An interesting new mastering of the famous Yellow
Dog title Unsurpassed Masters Vol.1
, with a previous remaster being available on the label's 1999 issue KAS022.
I was surprised to see the Yellow Dog rather than Unique
Tracks source, with the hard to find Unique Tracks
recently having been circulated and having no Noise reduction and less
aggressive mastering.

Release Notes:
| No processing of any kind, just pitch, phase and level correction, and
we have what this CD could originally have sounded like if there had been
an engineer involved in its creation, instead of someone who knew little
more than how to transfer a tape to digital. How it could have sounded is
really nice, which you will hear in this remaster.
Several of the stereo tracks had the channels reversed, so that has been
fixed here.
