Comments:

A disc of two halves and two pressings. As with the majority of Yellow Cat releases of this period there were two separate releases, first in Japan and slightly latter in Europe, despite some suggestions to the contrary these are both Genuine Yellow Dog/Cat releases.

Unfortunately a substandard release, with no sleeve notes, defective mastering for the Japanese release and nothing for fans who may have been expecting some alternate variations of Commercial releases rather than sometimes hard to identify mixes.The disappointment for some would grow as what initially appeared to be a good collection of thirteen Wingspan remixes, which were originally released world-wide in a variety of formats and exceptionally difficult to locate, turned out to be a copy a fan created disc including five home made mixes, 'Chrismixes', which the creator openly admits "aren't for everyone". If any one can provide further details of Chris's release, please drop me a line. Maybe I can give the due credit with a separate page and more details.

If Yellow Cat had to copy a fan created release they would have been better to copy the Internet Tree release Wingspan The Remixes, this at least included Let `Em In (Remix) and Silly Love Songs (Wings vs Loop Da Loop Radio Mix ) plus a bonus of some Wingspan medleys as filler.

Whilst many collectors tend to prefer the Japanese pressing they would do well to search out the European pressing on this occasion which does not have the drop out at approximately 0:36 of the first track.
