The only details I have ever seen of this release were found as the result of it appearing for sale on ebay in 2006.
What we have is an unreported digipak with a post 1994/95 reissues disc. In 1996 Yellow Dog Europe reduced it's operation as the result of difficulties with production and the authorities.
So having an original disc this is either a very rare reissue or a third party has released this variation having obtained unreleased discs and created a new digipak.
The digipak is a high gloss thin card construction and different to those used for the Odeon/ German releases, but similar to teh STATB DVD releases . This feels like a 21st Century digpak to me, any information would be appreciated.
However the disc is a genuine 1994/5 Yellwo Dog Release with a 3402 moulding SID.
The cover image was also used on the Sidewalk Music release - Song From The Past Part 4, slim pressing bonus insert
With no Picture CD and alternate artwork this is simple not to confus with the Kiss The Stone Digipak Fake , see below for images.
After over a decade the release that brought us so many new versions remains core material for all but Here There and Everywhere and Happiness Is A Warm Gun which are merely isolated tracks from the commercially released versions, so for the completests I suppose these are also core material.
Like many of the Yellow Dog titles of this period the disc has been counterfeited , but once again the disc is not an audio clone. The best check is the CD matrix , but the paper stock is dull and the artwork is cropped.
Kiss The Stone also produced a digipak version , easily distinguishable from the original.
