Some former customers of Dr Ebbett were lucky enough to receive a mass mailer, just before Christmas 2009, after his official retirement. The email not only offered welcome seasonal greetings, a comment on problem with the two of the recently remastered The Beatles titles Please Please Me UK Stereo and Revolver UK Mono albums but also a thank you for previous support.

The thank you extended to offering two new vinyl rips from 1st pressings of the two title she thought had been poorly represented in the official remasters.

The two new titles were circulated in mid January and not surprisingly were reviewed very quickly with excitement on several fans sites. Unfortunately what followed was not pleasant for fans or the good Doctor, a fan identified the left channel had a 3db boost, the 'flame wars' that followed caused considerable damage and became very personal.

As a result both this and Revolver were pulled and not all fans who were expecting a copy received theirs with the Doc not wishing to circulate what he considered to be 'compromised'.

The source of was a first issue UK Stereo LP with Black and Gold labels and matrices:

SIDE TWO:YEX 95-1 - 1G

In September 2010 this was reissued from a new vinyl rip as one of two Archive titles as month#1 of Dr Ebbetts Club,
