Released in Jan 2011 along with Beatles For Sale - UK Mono LP as 'Month #5' of the new Dr Ebbetts Club Archive series.

In August 2011 , the Doc announced that there would be an upgrade because of 'somewhere in the neighbourhood of five or six tiny vinyl anomalies' and the incorrect 'UK' spelling of Dizzy Miss Lizzy on the disc art. The upgrade was issued in September 2011.

There was no mention of the Hi-Res disc was this also updated?
