This discwas as the title suggests a speed corrected version of The Decca material, which was originally released on their The Original Decca Tapes & Cavern Club Rehearsals , but this time with a bonus track Some Other Guy , from an acetate source sold at auction in 1983.

This title remains core material after a decade for the Cavern Rehearsal material with the Decca tape itself being in better quality on Vigotone's March 5, 1963 plus The Decca Tape .

A reissue as a stand alone disc was made a year after this titles release as The Decca Tapes , which itself was subsequently clones and fake copies made.
